Our experience and passion has helped us win many awards for innovative community design, excellent service and exceptional care.Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Completes community sales and ensure sales processes are followed for all sales teams
  • Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year etc
  • Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals. Obtains personal sales outcomes in addition to the teams results
  • Lead, motivate, acknowledge and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations
  • Celebrate sales achievements and goals met or surpassed
  • Continually monitor and track sales performance
  • Analyze and report on weekly sales outcomes (Yardi CRM experience a plus)
  • ·Strategically forecast and manage census information
  • Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences
  • Works in partnership with other members of the team at the community to achieve overall sales outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant sales and/or sales management experience
  • Computer literate and comfortable using CRM daily
  • Demonstrate knowledge of senior living sales
  • Ability to manage multiple sales team member effectively
  • Natural leader with proven sales skills
  • Experience forecasting and building customer data base
  • Persistent, passionate and results driven
