- Completes community sales and ensure sales processes are followed for all sales teams
- Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year etc
- Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals. Obtains personal sales outcomes in addition to the teams results
- Lead, motivate, acknowledge and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations
- Celebrate sales achievements and goals met or surpassed
- Continually monitor and track sales performance
- Analyze and report on weekly sales outcomes (Yardi CRM experience a plus)
- ·Strategically forecast and manage census information
- Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences
- Works in partnership with other members of the team at the community to achieve overall sales outcomes.
- 3+ years of relevant sales and/or sales management experience
- Computer literate and comfortable using CRM daily
- Demonstrate knowledge of senior living sales
- Ability to manage multiple sales team member effectively
- Natural leader with proven sales skills
- Experience forecasting and building customer data base
