This private practice opened in 2015 and offers vein disease services in an upscale, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being privately owned by physicians, their offices offer providers the day-to-day comfort and autonomy of working in small private practice settings, while receiving the support of a multi-site, regional organization. They currently operate more than 20 offices in 4 states, boasting a staff of approximately 30 physicians and advanced practice providers, who are supported by talented administrative and clinical team members.POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The practice is a vein treatment organization that offers a boutique environment focused on excellent patient experiences. Their offices are staffed with physicians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, medical assistants, sonographers, and administrative personnel.Providers see an average of 18 to 24 patients per 10-hour day. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:- new patient consultations
- follow-up visits
- cosmetic sclerotherapy
- assisting with minimally invasive vein procedures
- collaborating with physicians, sonographers, and other team membersThe practice sees patients for, among other conditions:- varicose veins
- leg swelling / heaviness
- spider veins
- restless leg syndrome
- venous insufficiencyThe practice uses the NextTech EHR and is an all-digital environment.REQUIREMENTS:
- active NP or PA license
- prescriptive authority
- 1+ year of advanced practice experience strongly preferred
- experience in vascular medicine preferred
- experience in cosmetic or boutique environments preferred
- excellent communication skills
