- Dusts chairs, tables, shelves, and other furniture or equipment; cleans and polishes furniture and metal or woodwork.
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; replaces toilet paper and paper towels.
- Vacuums, sweeps, mops, buffs the floors, and shampoos carpet.
- Collects and disposes of trash and debris both indoor and outdoor.
- Performs minor repairs of leaking water lines, as needed; unclogs sinks and commodes.
- Performs general errands including delivering and distributing mail.
- Will be required to drive a City vehicle for City business use.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Knowledge of cleaning solutions and chemicals.
- Knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, equipment, and procedures.
- Knowledge of general carpentry, electrical, plumbing work, and air conditioning and heating systems.

Position will have the following exposures
