Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Recruiter for the College of Health Sciences. The selected individual will take a leading role in recruiting activities, both on and off campus, designed to increase the enrollment of all programs and serve as a counselor and interpreter of the University's policies to any individual seeking admission to the university. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position.Summary of Duties:
  • Recruit students to attend Faulkner University
  • Initiate correspondence with prospective students through visits, letters, phone calls and emails
  • Participate in Chamber of Commerce and other professional events
  • Schedule and coordinate recruiting functions
  • Make presentations as needed
  • Assist with collection of documents needed prior to registration
  • Assist with retention efforts
  • Travel is necessary for recruiting and public relations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of desired education level
  • Experience in a college or university setting preferred
  • Active member of the church of Christ
