Job Description:Do you have an eye for detail and love completing tasks? If so, DSI, a premier Dallas-based sales enablement and custom business solutions company, has an immediate career opportunity for an Operations Administrator. This role supports our Sales Operations team in our National Sales channel.As the Operations Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various systems and processes. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage user access and permissions for key applications, conduct quality control audits, maintain accurate records, generate reports, and collaborate with management to implement new processes and improve efficiency.About DSIDSI is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1984.   • Day-to-day Admin responsibilities of key application systems
  • Oversee user access, setup, and permissions for National Retail team applications and call center
  • Update user roles, permissions, and skilling in NICE contact center platform
  • Perform routine quality control and audit reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate store records in the Repsly system as a back-office user including custom fields and place tags
  • Audit sales team order entry for campaign attribution
  • Various quality control projects requiring scrutiny of data to troubleshoot and identify improvement opportunities
  • Pull data and build reporting on key initiatives and quality control findings
  • Collaborate with members of management to define, document, and implement new processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field, or equivalent experience
  • Passion for detail with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • MUST be proficient in Excel
  • Previous exposure or usage of Domo, Zendesk, Repsly, and the NICE inContact a plus
  • Strong technical skills and proclivity for alignment and accuracy
  • Energized by completing tasks and supporting internal departments
