The Digital Marketing Associate will provide administrative support for the digital and marketing teams, help manage Project Syndicate's social media channels, implement strategies and tactics, assist in reporting, and generally help grow Project Syndicate's subscriber base and global reach.The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in marketing, social media, or customer-facing roles, with a keen interest in learning more. Flexibility, the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, and the drive and willingness to adapt to shifting responsibilities and priorities is paramount.Core ResponsibilitiesManage social media channels and presence, including daily posting and pre-scheduling contentWrite copy for all social media, newsletter, and web marketing campaignsDevise and implement all paid digital campaigns, in collaboration with the digital team and third-party vendorsMaintain social media data collection, reporting, and analysisProvide support for the marketing and digital teamsPoint of contact for, and oversight of, existing subscriber accountsOwn and manage the PS Support inboxManage any customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely mannerAdvise on potential changes to products and processes based on customer feedbackKey Skills & Experience (required)Minimum one year of experience in customer-facing, social media, or marketing rolesBachelor's degreeSuperior organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent tasks with a high level of detailStrong communication skillsFluent in EnglishKey Skills & Experience (preferred)Adobe Creative Cloud skillsKnowledge of, and experience working with, social media curation tools (Emplifi or similar)Knowledge and interest in the news industry and current eventsAll submissions must be in English.
