Plant HR Business Partner (maternity cover-1 year contract)-located in Larissa

- Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related matters at the Larissa plant
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and programs.
- Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews for our Larissa plant positions
- Facilitate employee onboarding and ensure a positive new hire experience
- Conduct employee relations investigations and handle disciplinary actions when necessary
- Plan and organise training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management process, succession planning, and career development
- Use of our People & Culture Systems & tools
- Organizes company events, CSR and team bonding activities
- Management of audit controls
- Organize and lead the facilities team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a Manufacturing would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken Greek and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
