Job DescriptionIn order to sustain our continuous expansion drive, we are currently looking for a colleague to join our Reporting Team as part of our Fund Administration Oversight within the Operations Department!Fund Administration - Reporting OfficerYour areas of responsibility:CSSF circular 21/790 planning of the annual self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ) as well as the planning of the separate report (SR) for all products in scopeExternal and internal coordination of the SAQ and SR questionnaireCollection of all required information to complete SAQ reportingQualitative assessment of all information receivedSubmission of drafted SAQ to the management of the board (or similar body)Final submission of validated SAQ responsesYour skills and experience:Bank training or comparable training or studies with financial focusGood knowledge of the investment fund industry in particular the regulatory framework and the operational processes of a Management CompanyProject management experienceProactivity, team spirit, flexibility and stress resilienceFocus on quality and accuracyExcellent analytical skills and ability to work in a structured and meticulous wayProficient working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) as well as secure handling of typical information systemsFluency in German and EnglishWhat we offer:Employees at our company are encouraged to work independently, show commitment and be supportive.
