The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:Reporting to the Hco Industrial Manager, the Maintenance Manager will oversee overall facility maintenance, services and investments of our 53000 square meter production plant based in Italy. Maintaining, with a long-term perspective, the value of the industrial assets, granting the availability and reliability of the production outputs, servicing the plant, respecting costs and service levels.Main Responsabilities:
  • Performs periodical analysis on CAPEX & Opex budgets and expenditure revisions
  • Manages all site utilities and facilities
  • Supervises the execution of interventions in accordance with maintenance standards and implementation of preventive & predictive maintenance guaranteeing Safety & quality regulations
  • Oversees the breakdown root cause analysis in order to detect and implement improvement intervention based on technical KPI
  • Manages industrial sustainability and environmental initiatives in line with centrally-defined strategies and policies (e.g. industrial sustainability, emissions, scrap, waste)
  • Maintains and improves the motivation and professionalism of team members by assigning them objectives and tasks
Who we are looking for:The successful candidate will be an experienced subject matter expert in maintenance & investments, workplace safety and energy / environment related topics. The candidate must be a self-starter, possessing the ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously as well as be able to providing technical leadership and mentoring to a Maintenance & Investment team. You will have strong knowledge of Engineering best practice and be a Technically strong, experienced Engineering Manager and Team Leader of the function.REQUIRED:
  • Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Management experience in maintenance department
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Proven track record of delivering improved equipment / department performance
  • Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus)
  • International mobility
