In this role you will provide preventative and scheduled maintenance to machinery and facilities. You will be responsible for diagnosing, correcting, and supporting all aspects of plant operations involving electrical and mechanical maintenance.You will report directly into the Plant Manager and have the opportunity to:
  • Managing and coordinating all activities with outside vendors.
  • Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities.
  • Performing repairs on CNC machinery and other equipment as necessary.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Supervising maintenance staff, assigning responsibilities and schedules.
  • Maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Coordinating the installation of new machinery or equipment.
  • Establishing and maintaining maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability (TPM).
  • Overseeing and ensuring the operation of the safety committee.
  • Documenting, investigating, and reporting safety incidents following OSHA regulations.
  • Maintaining safety files and records.
  • Ensuring all employees are trained in safety procedures and programs.
  • Inspecting equipment and facilities to identify existing or potential accident and health hazards.

  • Preventative maintenance experience
  • OSHA regulations knowledge
