DraftKings is looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and wants to grow within a tech-focused marketing team. As a CRM Sr. Associate, you will support daily operations of the marketing channel for DraftKings Sportsbook. You will play a key role in ensuring pre-game, live and breaking news campaigns are relevant, accessible, engaging and industry-leading at all times. Our company is agile and values high levels of autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach.What you’ll do as a CRM Sr. Associate, SportsbookStrategize, setup, and manage the performance of marketing campaigns across the Customer Retention & Monetization Team to drive business impact.Build emails, push notifications, SMS and in-app messages aligned to our marketing standards, brand guidelines and channel best practices.Execute structured A/B tests and lead analysis of results to maximize business impact.Work cross-functionally with a broad set of Analytics, Product, and Engineering partners to incorporate new product enhancements, A/B tests, and product enhancements into channel plans.Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and test results, sharing learnings cross-functionally and providing next step recommendations with a solutions oriented mindset.Collaborate with the Automation team to manage performance of automated marketing campaigns.Serve as the CRM operational lead during off peak hours in the sports world (this role will be required to work nights/weekends and show a flexible schedule to respond to changing business needs).What you'll bringAt least two years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the eCommerce, technology, or gaming industries.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.Proven analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and define the next steps.Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.Understanding of CRM tools (Braze, Sidekick, Bonus Offer Tool, Tableau) a plus.Experience with A/B testing and knowledge of (or willingness to learn) HTML and other analytics tools.Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Join Our TeamWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
