- Define business requirements for OT security-specific solutions in conjunction with the Manufacturing & Engineering Process Automation Team.
- Design & build architecture for OT-specific security solutions to meet requirements.
- Lead projects for and commission new OT-specific security tools for production use and monitoring.
- Perform Transition to Operations activities from the build to commission to operate & support OT-specific security tools.
- Perform knowledge transfer between project teams and security operations team for OT-specific security tools.
- Assist with maturation of the Security Operations Center to able to identify, detect, respond and recover from OT security events.
- Act as escalation point for any cyber security events as needed. Also, act as interface between OT and IT management during such incidents.
- Partner with the IT Security Architect to maintain alignment and interoperability between IT and OT security solutions.
- Identify solutions that would increase automation and reduce operational problems.
- Work with IT infrastructure and Process Automation applications teams to ensure secure manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with OT Application, Infrastructure and Security vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or computer engineering or relevant experience.
- Relevant security certifications a plus.
- Approximately 15 years of IT experience, several years of experience in technology operational solutions and information security support.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Purdue model, IEC 62443 and NIST 800-63 frameworks and standards.
- Experience with OT hardware/software such as ABB, Delta V, WinCC, Opsgenie, IP21 etc.
- Experience with OT Security Tools such as CyberArk, Trellix, Elastic, etc.,
- Experience with OT specific processes for asset management, patch & vulnerability management, remote access, privileged access, application whitelisting, backups, etc.
- Ability to bridge the gap with traditional IT security methods and OT operational requirements.
- Excellent communications skills with OT and IT professionals and manufacturing floor workers.
- Willingness to learn new skills, open to change, adaptable and customer focused.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and in high-stakes situations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Location Consideration: Preference for Wayne, PA location. Secondary consideration for Bristol, PA and/or Midland, MI locations.
