In this role you will provide Human Resources support to the community and Director of Human Resources. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Human Resources Assistant:HR Functions: * Greets, directs and provides customer service to employees and visitors via in-person, electronic and telephone interactions.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information related to the business, the employees and the performance of job duties. Follows the community policy when releasing authorized information for employment verifications.
  • Recruiting the right talent by working with the hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and coordinating recruitment and selection process for all Trillium Woods positions.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * High school diploma with at least 3-5 years of applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of formal education (AA Degree, BA degree or HR Certificate) and experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of administrative functions including office equipment.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and HRIS system applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
