Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Human Resources Assistant:HR Functions: * Greets, directs and provides customer service to employees and visitors via in-person, electronic and telephone interactions.
Maintains confidentiality of all information related to the business, the employees and the performance of job duties. Follows the community policy when releasing authorized information for employment verifications.
Recruiting the right talent by working with the hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and coordinating recruitment and selection process for all Trillium Woods positions.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * High school diploma with at least 3-5 years of applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of formal education (AA Degree, BA degree or HR Certificate) and experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of administrative functions including office equipment.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and HRIS system applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
