Senior IAM EngineerJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management professional with expertise in Ping at an intermediate/Senior level. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the IAM solutions using Ping Identity technology within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Identity and Access management principles, along with the ability to implement and maintain IAM systems effectively.Job Description:· Design, implement and maintain IAM solutions to meet business requirements.· Role includes custom development, configuration, implementations, testing and system enhancements.· Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security and compliance.· Conduct regular monitoring and auditing of IAM systems to ensure data integrity and security.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the platform. This includes Cloud infrastructure and application level. Custom application and Ping Identity products.· Coaches junior staff members· Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Customer Identity and Access Management solution· Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on IAM-related matters.· Stay up to date with the latest IAM technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.Specifications Development· Develop custom solutions and integration using Java.· Collaborating with cross functional teams to integrate IAM solutions to existing and new systems.· Develops technical specifications / program specifications and systems documentation.· Responsible for systems analysis functions.· Provides sizing and scoping for development work required.· Designs & documents technical specifications/program specifications.Quality Management· Ensures technical integrity of the solution.· Ensures that all system changes align with coding standards and principles.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED FOR THE JOB):· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.· Experience in Cloud technologies (E.g. AWS)· In-depth understanding of IAM protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, identity lifecycle management, and access control.· Worked on a CIAM platform before (e.g. Oracle, Okta, Ping identity)· Design and development experience (at least 4 years’ experience) using Java,· Linux/windows server experience· Practical experience in high volume capacity planning & performance tuning.· Ability to deliver as per agreed time standards and work under pressure.· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED/ADVANTAGEOUS)· Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory and other Ping Identity products.· .Net Development experienceCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED
