- Works as a part of the property management team to develop and deliver departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
- Answers, screens and directs incoming calls, assists with tenant and vendor customer service via over the phone support or by on-site tenant visits.
- Track tenant issues utilizing established database and/or tracking mechanisms.
- Follow up on tenant and vendor requests in a timely fashion to ensure needs are being met and work was performed at a satisfactory level.
- Set up, organize and maintain files and database records for all site agreements, monitor pending real estate files, obtain, prepare and maintain real estate documentation.
- Generate and dispatch work orders for completion by vendors.
- Run, review and distribute various weekly and monthly customer service reports for manager.
- Tracks certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors.
- When necessary, prepare correspondence for insurance issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Education or higher and four or more years of experience in real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles and to understand operating budgets.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Uses computer and phone for work order system, email, and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
