- Prepare, develop and edit and manage product launches timeline based on marketing innovation plan as well as ECR (engineering change request)
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within cost target by following with key stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed project plan and timeline to track progress using our timeline tool
- Identify potential bottleneck and propose solution.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed during different meeting and through reporting.
- Manage the relationship with Fresh internal partners.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Strong understanding of project process to propose timeline agility
- Clear understanding of key stakeholders inputs and/or constraints for timeline
- Ability to anticipate process constraint to propose solution-based course of action
- Elevate Alerts for Project Risks
- Lead meetings with cross functional team
- 5-7 Years of Experience Required in Project Management
- (Health & Beauty industry experience a plus)
- Visio – working knowledge
- Experience with a timeline application (Workfront / Microsoft Project)
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
