- Develop and oversee annual sales plans aligned with organizational objectives, driving revenue growth through effective policy implementation.

- Utilize market research to recommend and implement sales strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage distribution strategies and diverse channel selling approaches proficiently.
- Lead, nurture, and empower a sales team to execute initiatives effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive strategic planning and analysis to ensure organizational success.
- Drive business growth through technical expertise in strategic and sales planning.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver impactful presentations.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture and contribute as a collaborative team member to support organizational success.
- Sales professional with a record of green-fielding and closing large deals.
- Minimum of 10 years industry sales experience with 4 years in a leadership role developing and managing a successful sales force.
- Must have building materials industry experience, ideally in related specialty (non-commodity) building materials that are branded and are purchased based on aesthetic/performance/price equation.
- Proven track record of dealing with the distributor, dealer, pro builder.
- Previous experience building and executing dealer programs in a similar distributor, dealer, pro builder community.
- Ability to understand and communicate various technical elements related to our product and processes.
- Ability to leverage technology tools such as; GoToMeeting, Microsoft, Power Point, Word, etc.
- Must be able to create and present detailed proposals/solutions for prospects.
- Confidence and competence to carry on a business conversation with executives and decision makers from senior level and down throughout the three channels.
- History of extensive business travel and ability to travel on on-going basis approximately 3-4 nights a week.
- Must be a proactive individual with a passion to both plan and execute.
- Street savvy with the ability to keep others accountable is required.
- BS/BA Degree highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with contractor facing Pull-Through Specialists is desired.
