You will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at providing exceptional service to our clients and enhancing their financial well-being. Job Description As Operation cum Admin Executive, personnel will be responsible for below roles and responsibilities: Investment Back Office Operations: Process and oversee insurance and investment-related transactions with precision and compliance. Maintain a robust record-keeping system for all transactions, adhering to regulatory standards. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. Data Management of all clients. Handle mutual fund-related administrative tasks Process and verify applications, redemptions, and switches, reconciling transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Communicate with clients and mutual fund companies to address inquiries or issues. Client Query Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries concerning backoffice transactions. Provide comprehensive and accurate explanations of transaction statuses, policies, and processes. Efficiently resolve client issues and concerns to enhance overall client satisfaction. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels of brochures, covers, office stationery, pantry supplies, and other materials. Ensure the availability of necessary materials for marketing and daily office operations Monitor inventory levels, reorder items when necessary, and manage inventory budgets effectively.
