As a key member of the team you will be providing advanced clinical skills, alongside your in-depth medical knowledge and passion for the primary care sector. You will be actively striving to provide a high quality service, in line with solid decision making and outcomes for your patients. Using evidence based best practice you will effectively manage assessments, treatments and medication alongside comprehensive triaging.
- Lead by example in the clinic, supporting other staff and promoting a positive work environment
- Maintain up to date knowledge, research and professional development
- Be active in supporting patients with education, promoting their health and prevention where able
- Be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within the team
- Diagnose illnesses and form in-depth treatment plans
- Ensuring proper triage and patient care is provided
- Registered Nurse Practitioner with current APC in New Zealand
- Proven experience in a primary, acute care or similar setting
- Have a genuine passion for the primary care sector
- Be self driven and dedicated in staying up to date with best practice and professional development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
