We are looking for the position:Spa therapistJob Responsibilities:
  • Deliver various spa services (body treatments, massages, facial treatments) in a safe and comfortable manner.
  • Take care of work equipment, maintain a clean and tidy massage room.
  • Keep documentation and maintain client files.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked massage storage area.
  • Acknowledge and address relevant inquiries, needs, and customer expectations.
  • Recommend and promote spa services.
  • Adhere to hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with administration and report any issues that arise
Required qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Spa/Massage Therapist, preferably in a 5-star environment.
  • Practical experience in massage techniques and facial/body therapies.
  • Proficiency in at least two languages: Serbian, English, and Russian.
  • Communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy.
