• Supervising Amploy's employees in a meat processing plant for beef, pork and slaughterhouse operations.
• Some cutting work will be required.
• Ensuring all products meet quality standards.
• Training and communication with main office management.
• Administration of staff holiday sheets, sickness reporting and other office based admin tasks.

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in a meat processing plant or related food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of meat processing techniques in either beef, pork and health ^ hygiene safety standards.
• Experience in knifework is essential.
• Basic computing skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, with fluency in English and Polish or Romanian.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment.
