Job Description :
  • Conduct deep dives into the category's performance, execute initiatives and monitor sellers' fundamental factors.
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources.
  • Communicate across involved parties to align everyone on the working scope, including organizing and creating an effective internal working process.
  • Consolidate & run analyses for all campaigns & initiatives within the category.
  • Manage category assets efficiently including Flash Sale slots, campaign assets, banners, and other visibilities within the app.
  • Identify potential product trends and be able to forecast trends and sales to ensure sufficient stock and visibility.
Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, or related fields from a reputable university
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in ecommerce industry or related field
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
  • Creative, well-organized, and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to prioritize tasks and lead campaign operations including grooming and following up key tasks.
  • Have ownership and be able to take lead in key initiatives, with a dynamic cross-functional environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication in Thai and English
About the Team :Support the Category Management team by conducting thorough analyses of category performance and executing initiatives to drive growth. Maintain project timelines and effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on working scope and processes. Consolidate and analyze campaign data within the category, managing assets such as Flash Sale slots and campaign banners. Identify product trends and forecast sales to optimize stock availability and visibility within the app.
