About the Forensic Therapist/Intake Specialist Position:If you are a Mental Health Professional (LSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPC - required) with a passion for changing lives and a willingness to work with a challenging population, please consider this opportunity. A local provider that serves sex offenders and those struggling with sexual behaviors needs part-time outpatient therapists/intake specialists at their York County office. Using a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and a mix of group, individual, and family therapy, this team of dedicated forensic therapists collaborates to improve lives, change behavior patterns, and make our community better and safer. Clients include court-mandated offenders and those seeking treatment on their own.Our Ideal Forensic Therapist/Intake Specialist:
  • REQUIRED: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, School Counseling, or other Human Services related field
  • REQUIRED: PA license (LSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
  • 2 years of mental health counseling experience preferred
  • Detailed, organized, and timely with paperwork
