As a Traveling Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of commercial pool construction projects at various locations across the country.Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing on-site leadership and direction to construction crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to effectively plan and execute construction activities.
  • Managing day-to-day operations on the job site, including scheduling, material procurement, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
  • Enforcing compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets established standards and client requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, time sheets, and job site documentation.
  • Training and mentoring construction crew members to promote skill development and teamwork.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial pool construction and site management, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods related to pool construction.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in various locations as required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
