- Answer customers' phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries regarding hearing aids, appointments, billing, etc.- Provide advice to customers on the different types of hearing aids available, based on their specific hearing needs and lifestyle.- Schedule appointments for customers who wish to consult a hearing aid specialist or receive maintenance or repair services for their hearing aids.- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, finding appropriate solutions to any problems encountered.- Follow up with customers on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction, answer any additional questions they may have and support them in their journey with the company.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files, process payments, and perform other administrative tasks as required.- Coordinate with other departments within the company, such as the audiologist, accounting or technical departments, to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.Qualifications
- Bilingual; fluency in English and French required.
- Experience in telephone customer service with related administrative tasks.
- Having a strong interest or having worked in the field of hearing aids is a strong asset, it will be easier to interact with professionals and patients.
- Living close to Westmount in Montreal

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
