Job Description: As a B2B Marketing & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion within the B2B space. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing objectives. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. - Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and more. - Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to understand market needs and develop messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition. - Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging consistency. - Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Qualifications: - MBA / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Proven experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. - Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques. - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
