Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast changing, high-growth technology environment!Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.ResponsibilitiesWork with operations and manufacturing leaders, engineers, and vendors to determine optimal solutions for automation line server assembly process.Develop and modify PLC, HMI programs, and computer vision systems.Optimize robotic path motions to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality for our customers.Identify, understand, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on automation systems and components.Review equipment capacity and manage spare parts.Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.Train production employees on related automation processes.Complete specifications and procedures for new products.Responsible for setting parameters and testing customer samples.Streamline the manufacturing process and make it as efficient as possible while still maintaining product quality and adhering to internal protocols and external regulations.Experience working on complex problems where analysis or data requires evaluation and identifiable factors and interacting with leadership on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.Interface with peers, both internal and external to the organization, to complete various reporting and follow-up tasks.Guide the completion of projects and conduct technical tasks and/or set specific technical strategy and direction for self and/or others.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Three (3) or more years of experience working with the implementation of automation, robotics, and vision systems.Experience with electrical design, schematics, control system integration, and analysis of electrical applications of automated machineryWorking knowledge and experience in programming and troubleshooting - PLC, Robot, Vision@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
