YOUR SKILLS

Plynulú ústnu a písomnú znalosť anglického a slovenského jazyka
Zručnosti v oblasti počítačov - inštalácia a konfigurácia, aktualizácia, riešenie problémov, inštalácia (Windows, MacOS)
Znalosť balíka MS Office 365 a jeho aplikácii (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Skúsenosti s podporou používateľov s používaním nástrojov vzdialeného prístupu
Manuálne zručnosti pri práci s HW - demontáž a servis
Logické, analytické a komunikačné zručnosti pri riešení problémov užívateľov
Ochota a schopnosť rýchlo sa učiť
