Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school diploma preferred.
Proven experience as a facilities maintenance mechanic or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
