Rolling Suds of Raleigh-Durham is fast-growing power washing company providing fast, efficient, competitively-priced services for commercial and residential customers. Our goal is to be the biggest power washing company in the Triangle, and we are looking for your help in achieving that goal!We are hiring a Commercial Sales Associate. This person will report directly to the Manager of the Company, and will make a fixed base salary plus an uncapped commission. We are anticipating that first year all-in compensation will be $80k+, with $48k of that being guaranteed.ResponsibilitiesResearch and develop lists of customers and referral sources.Develop relationships with customers and referral sources through cold calling, networking, visiting offices, attending conferences, etc.Respond to requests for sales proposals as necessary.Manage the customer relationship throughout the sales process, including post-sales to convert further sales.Prepare and deliver estimates to potential customers.Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with all customers, potential customers, and potential referral sources.Skills Required- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships- Professional demeanor, reflecting our values of honesty and respect- Enthusiasm and willingness to work hard to pursue salesSchedule- 40 hours per week Monday through FridayLocation- In person and at client offices
