Own finance and accounting functions for Turkey entity located in Istanbul.
Ensure all finance data is accurate, prepared and processed in a timely and efficient manner, including, but not limited to: AP vendor invoices and AP payments; AR receipts posting and cash application, overdue AR dunning; bank reconciliation; reporting, budgeting, and planning, etc.
Manage relevant finance stakeholders.
Own end-to-end Month End close, including task low prioritization and controls, ensuring timey financial reports and assessment of risks via Profit & Loss statement, Monthly Management Report (MMR), Balance Sheet reconciliation, AR management, Financial provisions,
Manage Fixed Assets ledger.
Ensure awareness, implementation, compliance with finance internal policies and statutory obligations, including tax compliance, .
Payroll related activities (SAP postings and controls, payments).
Own priorities and time management.
Ad-hoc reporting & tasks.

What your background should look like

At least 3 years of professional experience in managing complex budgets and owning Finance function for a large business.
Education / qualification in Finance Management.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience a strong advantage).
Fluent in English and effective communication skills.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Solid time management and organizational skills, problem solver attitude.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
