- Conduct outbound cold calls, warm leads follow-up, and marketing calls to potential clients.
- Coordinate the issuance of project documents required by clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Run “Lead Reports” by utilizing internal lead development system, LinkedIn, or other system.
- Responsible for email outreach/correspondence and e-mail campaigns utilizing our system.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and prospects using CRM software. Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key metrics to measure progress toward business development goals.
- Collaborate closely with the entire Business Development teams/managers and Biotechnique client support teams, both domestically and internationally.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, English, Journalism, or Communications.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in initiating outbound cold calls.
- Proven success in effectively building rapport and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Motivated and eager to develop proven sales techniques.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
