Sales and Marketing Assistant

• HubSpot Platform Management: Assist in the day-to-day management and administration of our HubSpot platform, including maintaining user accounts, managing permissions, and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Data Management: Oversee data hygiene and integrity within HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact records, lead assignments, and data synchronization with other systems.

• Campaign Setup and Execution: Support the creation and execution of sales campaigns, email workflows, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot. Assist in the setup and optimization of automated sales processes to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

• Reporting and Analytics: Assist in generating and analyzing reports on marketing and sales performance metrics, including website traffic, email engagement, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies based on data analysis.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal users on HubSpot best practices, features, and functionality. Assist in developing training materials, documentation, and resources to enable users to leverage HubSpot effectively.

• Integration and Automation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate HubSpot with other systems and tools, such as CRM platforms, analytics tools, and third-party applications. Collaborate on the setup and optimization of workflow automation and lead scoring processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about HubSpot updates, new features, and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HubSpot usage within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Fluent in Slovak and English
• Prior experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a passion for marketing and sales technology
