- Manage adoption and usage of our CRM platform; Building meaningful dashboards and reports; working closely with sales leadership to build this into an essential tool for the commercial team
- Be on the cutting edge of PowerBI development; creating and managing a range of dashboards and reports to provide daily insights into business performance.
- Mange the design, development and maintenance of a key sales enablement platform (Showell); Collating all relevant sales & marketing collateral and ensuring we continue to meet the demand and needs of the Americas commercial team
- Work in close collaboration across other functional areas to provide data analysis and reporting; supporting the commercial team with regular and ad hoc reports
- Extract & aggregate data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
- Maintain cross-functional collaboration between sales, customer service, supply chain, IT and finance
- Support sales leadership with projects and tasks as needed
- Support sales team with questions and training across the various platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science / Data Analytics
- 2+ years combined experience in a business with complex, fast-moving organization
- 2 or more years of Data Analytical work preferred
- Spanish or Portuguese language knowledge is an advantage
- Must be comfortable working with all levels in the organization.
- Must be comfortable working with different cultures throughout the Americas.
