- Develop and execute comprehensive paid and organic social strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Implement a holistic approach to social media management, integrating paid and organic strategies seamlessly.
- Effectively communicate overarching business objectives and social media strategy to both social agencies
- Provide creative direction and ensure brand alignment for both paid and organic social media initiatives.
- Generate comprehensive creative briefs for our internal team for each promotional campaign and holiday, maintaining a monthly schedule.
- Collaborate with agency to ensure the timely delivery of assets for both paid and organic social campaigns.
- Review and provide feedback on the content calendar created by the organic agency, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- Develop and ensure execution of an aggressive testing roadmap for both paid and organic social initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and spearhead new channel initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead the launch of influencer strategies within the organic social space, fostering authentic partnerships.
- Analyze performance metrics and execute incrementality tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in social media strategy and/or related digital marketing experience.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue and traffic through social media initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing programs.
- Exceptional understanding of the social media + digital landscape, best practices, and social analytics tools and metrics.
- Continuously following social media trends and has a clear POV on how brands have been successful in the space.
- Entrepreneurial individual who can dive in, be an owner, and influence cross-functional partners.
- Attention to detail and strong project management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience spear heading projects and managing workload.
- Analytical mindset that connects strategies with tangible outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for the jewelry and engagement ring industry and understanding of customer buying journey in luxury sectors.
