Frequent review of technical literature to stay abreast of industry and other changes and/or advancements as expected.Regularly directs, instructs, advises, assists and checks associates and subordinates as to schedules, methods, standards of performance, rules/regulations, safety precautions and other matters affecting their parts.Must maintain discipline, morale and professionalism when dealing with staff, customers, department supervisors and all employees. Will handle complaints and grievances within the limits of established company policy.Must know, understand and follow all company and departmental safety and quality rules, particularly the Cardinal Rules of Quality and Cardinal Rules of Safety, and the Code of Conduct.QUALIFICATIONS:B.S. degree; preferably in engineering or science field.Must have demonstrated ability to manage technical resources, with strong organizational, analytical, statistical and problem-solving abilities.Must have verifiable experience in and demonstrated ability to interact with customers, engineering, manufacturing operations and leadership on technical issues.Minimum of 5-years of experience in progressively responsible roles in technical or operations positions, preferably in investment casting and/or aerospace manufacturing industry.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $121100 to $181600 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
