- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for food preparation, cooking, and storage
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food service for special events
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Previous experience as a kitchen lead or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
