Seeking a visionary leader to drive this initiative, we aim to redefine adventure tourism, blending thrilling experiences with wildlife encounters and fostering sustainable practices. Role Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Head to lead our Adventure Tourism & Wildlife Experiences division. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the business strategy for our Adventure Tourism & Wildlife Center of Excellence, focusing on promoting adventure and wildlife tourism in India. In addition to curating exceptional experiences, the Business Head will oversee sales, marketing, and operations, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for Adventure Tourism & Wildlife Experiences, focusing on promoting adventure and wildlife tourism in India and driving revenue growth. Oversee the division's P&L, setting financial targets and monitoring performance to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote adventure and wildlife itineraries, targeting domestic and international markets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including adventure enthusiasts, wildlife experts, government agencies, travel partners, and local communities. Drive product development initiatives to enhance the quality and diversity of adventure and wildlife experiences offered by the division. Lead a cross-functional team including sales, marketing, operations, and conservation specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and innovations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to ethical and sustainable business practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven leadership experience in the travel or hospitality industry, with a focus on business development, sales, and P&L management. Deep knowledge of adventure tourism destinations, wildlife encounters, and tourism trends. Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and deliver results. Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data, set budgets, and make informed business decisions. Passion for adventure tourism, wildlife conservation, and sustainable tourism practices.
