- Be the channel for clients to share their voices and work with Consulting Lead/Analytics Lead in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support the drive of NPS participation rate & positive score, and be part of the execution of NPS action plans.
- Results & Outcome Focus
- Drive client satisfaction by providing errorless reports, developing insights based on analysis of various data-sets, and crafting actionable recommendations that lead to opportunities & outcomes, including generating sales leads for NIQ across solution/products
- Deliver against the joint business plan designed in alignment with the client to answer the client's business priorities.
- Contribute to QBO.
- Support the Consulting Lead in the Governance Process & Discussion, as well as escalation management.
- Bachelor/ Master Degree from all backgrounds
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant field which required communication, operational and analytical skills
- Proficient in using PowerBI, Excel; Python is a plus
- Demonstrated strength in analytics and logical reasoning, coupled with the ability to clearly explain analytical techniques to clients
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills, proven record of value add presentation
- Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
- Ability to work within a virtual environment
- Ability to function independently and manage multiple workstreams at a time
