Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Social Media Intern to support all social channels and influencer marketing programs. This role will report to the Social Media Specialist, assisting with the curation, creation and distribution of content as well as the nurturing of our online and influencer community. We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, has their finger on the pulse of the latest social trends, keeps track of platform updates, and has a knack for analysis and reporting. This role will work on a hybrid schedule Tuesday- Thursday at our headquarters with the flexibility to work remote on Monday and Friday.Working schedule: Hone your skills in a collaborative office environment (Tuesday-Thursday) and enjoy the flexibility of remote work (Wednesday & Thursday).What you will be doing:Asset Coordination and Creation
  • Support the creation of social assets for brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist in ideation, preparation and creation of Instagram Posts and Stories, Pinterest Pins, LinkedIn Updates, Facebook and Twitter Posts, and Tik Toks
Support
  • Support photoshoot/videoshoot planning and logistics
  • Assist with tracking, reaching out and securing usage rights from user generated content featuring Phillip Jeffries wallcovering
  • Research, report and make recommendations based on emerging social trends and platform updates
  • Research and monitor user generated content
  • Support the maintenance of the social media calendar
  • Create UTM coded links for all posts and stories to track results
  • Support the communication and project initiatives with key influencers
Must have:
  • 1+ year of online community and social media management experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media best practices
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro
  • Proficient with social media scheduling and reporting tools (Later, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Hubspot)
  • Positive energy and a desire to learn and contribute
  • Proactive and innovative
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a great team player
  • Openness to feedback, redirection, and reprioritization
  • An interest in interior design encouraged
