We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, responding to emails, researching information, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be comfortable working remotely and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Manage emails, calendar, and contact lists.
  • Research and compile data for reports.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Create presentations and documents.

  • Proficient phone skills
  • Command of the English language and grammar
  • Hard working and dedicated to the team
  • Working knowledge of computers and software
  • Attention to detail
  • Can work effectively and efficiently while being independent
  • Service-oriented and driven to provide the highest level of customer service

  • Benefits: Flexible schedule
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday

  • Experience: BPO/Customer service/: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Language: English (Required)
Shift availability:
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)
