As a Building Automation Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the laboratories and healthcare vertical markets. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, facility managers, and other key stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and requirements and propose tailored building automation solutions that align with their goals. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.Sign-on bonus and relocation available!Key Responsibilities: * Market Research and Prospecting:
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the laboratories and healthcare vertical markets, including industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
  • Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including laboratory directors, healthcare administrators, and facility managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and challenges.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our building automation solutions, emphasizing the benefits and ROI for clients.
  • Develop detailed proposals outlining the proposed solutions, pricing, and implementation plans.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial.
  • Close sales deals, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Post-Sales Support:
  • Work closely with project management and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field experience
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the building automation or HVAC industry
  • Deep understanding of building automation systems, HVAC systems, or energy management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
