- Conduct in-depth research to understand the laboratories and healthcare vertical markets, including industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including laboratory directors, healthcare administrators, and facility managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and challenges.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our building automation solutions, emphasizing the benefits and ROI for clients.
- Develop detailed proposals outlining the proposed solutions, pricing, and implementation plans.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial.
- Close sales deals, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Post-Sales Support:
- Work closely with project management and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field experience
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the building automation or HVAC industry
- Deep understanding of building automation systems, HVAC systems, or energy management solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
