Our diverse team of brand ambassadors help build brand awareness for buzzy celebrity brands, challenger brands just making a splash on the scene and even convince the loyalists of consumers to shake it up and try something new.SUMMARY:The Market Coordinator will support the Division Marketing Manager by assisting with the scheduling, coordination and relationship management of brand ambassadors. This role will serve as the liaison between the Division Marketing Managers, brand ambassadors, and retail stores. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide scheduling support for brand ambassador tasting events and activations
  • Responsible for logistics with retail stores in relation to prior to brand ambassador events
  • Ensure brand ambassadors conduct their required check-ins at events
  • Assist in fielding any issues that arise during brand ambassador events
  • Follow up with brand ambassadors to ensure they submit timely recaps and invoices after events
  • Help maintain roster of brand ambassadors by region, including contact info and availability
  • Provide support to Division Marketing Managers as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed for events
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience in event coordination, marketing or customer service roles preferred
This is a part-time independent contractor role with variable hours between approximately 5-20 hours per week. Must be available for nights, weekends and holidays as required by tasting event schedules.
