- Provide scheduling support for brand ambassador tasting events and activations
- Responsible for logistics with retail stores in relation to prior to brand ambassador events
- Ensure brand ambassadors conduct their required check-ins at events
- Assist in fielding any issues that arise during brand ambassador events
- Follow up with brand ambassadors to ensure they submit timely recaps and invoices after events
- Help maintain roster of brand ambassadors by region, including contact info and availability
- Provide support to Division Marketing Managers as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed for events
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in event coordination, marketing or customer service roles preferred
