- We need an engineer drawn to creative problem solving and innovative solutions
- We need someone who will investigate process anomalies, root cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlations
- We desire someone ready to learn and apply basic Data Science and Data Manipulation (scripting, coding, or programming)
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication techniques.

- Demonstrated combination of flexibility and tenacity in the pursuit of goals
- Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Preference for experience with metrology or inspection (SEM, X-ray, Laser or Optical Systems)
- Reviewing and analyzing experimental process flows looking for defect anomalies and quarantining process tools that are out of control
- Possess a continuous improvement process (CIP) demeanor, looking for ways to improve operations, and how to make a difference today!
- Recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies with the motivation of "who needs to know this now!"
- We want our engineers to use inline process signals to drive process improvements
- Work with new inspection tools and strategies to drive towards earlier detection of problems and identify the sources
- Build and improve upon techniques and identify new ways to use existing tools in order to identify relevant process issues
- We expect active participation in technical meetings and then synthesize from it new opportunities or novel approaches
- Collaborate with the global network to develop best-known methods and maintain alignment between sites
