- Create, execute, and manage holistic, consumer first, digital marketing strategies and campaigns at the forefront of culture and innovation, to drive sales, increase customer acquisition and lifetime value.
- Project manage all current and upcoming product, promotion, and calendar activations (from brief to launch) across a core team, ensuring successful and flawless campaign execution.
- Ensure digital marketing execution has proper planning and QA, flagging and tracking any potential or known issues, taking corrective actions, and improving existing processes to increase efficiencies and ensure repeatable success.
- Bring new digital marketing strategies and opportunities to constantly test & learn, to create consumer first touch points.
- Champion the mindset of continuous improvement of process, growth, and results mindset to accelerate digital sales.
- Partner closely with digital analytics to provide visibility into campaign results, measure effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making focused on optimization to ultimately increase conversion & customer lifetime value.
- Manage the overarching digital marketing/offers calendar to provide transparency for and create alignment with key stakeholders & cross functionals.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects & launches with different stakeholders.
- Oversee that promotional offers are configured and launched correctly across both user-facing and internal POS platforms partnering closely with cross-functional teams in the process.
- Support the Senior Manager with Digital Calendar and Promotions planning and overarching Digital Briefing process.
- Coordinate with cross-functionals to ensure consistency in messaging & style while maintaining creative ownership of all user-facing content on 1st-party channel in line with digital calendar of offers, menu items, marketing campaigns.
- Gather inputs from Digital marketing cross functionals to clearly communicate all-encompassing creative needs and specs to key stakeholders & agency partners.
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in digital marketing or marketing
- 5-7+ years of work experience, with a focus on digital marketing, marketing, or ecommerce role; agency experience and/or franchise experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on culture of testing and analysis; motivated by discovering innovative ways to grow revenue at scale, and by a strong desire to drive results.
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork; effective at leading cross-functional team members towards a common goal.
- Strong project management skills: highly organized with sharp attention to detail, delegating responsibility with timely follow-up and follow-through to ensure key milestones are met.
- Excellent storytelling skills leveraging visual formats such as power point, canvas, etc.
