- Provide coordinated staff and food production processes to ensure efficiency and quality of food
- Monitor and maintain food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Supervise and direct the activities of kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and service times
- Instruct kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- Ability to provide US Work Authorization
- Extensive knowledge of Food Service
- Availability for Nights and Weekends
- 5+ years of experience in line cooking
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to assist in leading a team
