Recruiter (non-remote)To interface with temporary associates, customers, and recruiting team to staff positions as required by assigned customers through interviewing, pre-screening, and coordination of job orders among team members. Oversee and manage daily recruiting efforts to provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance.SCOPE:Provide full, comprehensive service to customers and contract associates as assigned. Perform all functions related to service of assigned customers and communicating hiring needs within the framework of the team. Accountabilities range from order fulfillment, to creating and updating job postings, quality calls to customers, and reporting. Assist in increasing revenue through skill marketing and recruiting efforts.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Fulfill assigned customers requests for staff, reporting, arrival calls or check-ins and any additional tasks required to satisfy the customer and their requirements.
  • Coordinate with the team daily to prioritize orders and get status updates on active openings.
  • Coordinate with the team and management on special requests by customers and issues that require management involvement.
  • Check for accuracy in job orders and assignments in ATS. This would include but not limited to: Pay rates, mark-ups, workers comp codes, job details, and start/end dates.
  • Identify and work to provide resolution for issues pertaining to customers and temporary associates. Work within the boundaries established for problem resolutions. Involve management with issues outside established boundaries.
  • Provide daily and/or Weekly reporting to management, staff and/or customers. Act as the back-up to manager and provide reports when assigned during their absence.
  • Documentation in ATS daily to record activity or correspondence related to the customer or temporary associate.
  • Participate in weekly scheduled meetings and/or other meetings called by management, supervisor, or customer.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Direct temporary assigned to customer by communications with customer contact to determine satisfactory performance, attendance, and coaching issues.
  • Direct service staff within branch to manage same.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication skills, both oral and written, are required. Listening skills are paramount.
  • Employees must be service oriented and multi-tasked.
  • Prioritization skills and sensitivity to deadline-oriented requests daily.
  • Employees must be self-directed and can work independently.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; two or more years related industry experience as a senior recruiter.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, e-mail correspondence and resumes as required by customer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively by multiple modes including speaking in front of or within groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
  • Ability to add, subtract and multiply.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratio and percents.
REASONING SKILLS:
  • Ability to identify, communicate and resolve issues pertaining to customers, temporary associates and teamwork issues as well as anticipate clients ongoing and additional staffing needs.
  • Ability to comprehend a variety of instruction in multiple formats.
SELF-MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of both customer and candidate contact requiring consistent self-management attributes.
  • Employees must present themselves with tactfulness, empathy, loyalty, work ethic and accountability.
