The Senior Analyst, Paid Social is responsible for leading the success of client-paid social media campaigns by providing thoughtful leadership on campaign strategies and optimization, building strong relationships, and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members.Role Objectives:Use analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure flawless campaign execution to meet and exceed stated client objectivesDirect bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting for paid social media campaignsOversee budgets and flighting for all self-service platformsManage rate tracking, benchmarking, planning costs, and overall budget for client accountsForecast around audits and campaign analyticsAssist the Manager and greater team with overall strategy and recommendationsServe as a mentor to Analysts and available for ad hoc questions and trainingQualifications1-2 years of paid social media experience requiredDemonstrated experience buying and planning across multiple platforms including Facebook, X, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, Yelp, Uber Eats, Doordash, Instagram, and PinterestExperience working in a client-facing capacityExperience using paid media to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectivesProficiency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPointAble to work independently and balance multiple tasksGenuine interest in the digital media space and enjoys staying up-to-date on industry trendsAdditional InformationThis is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
