- Develop a comprehensive digital strategy encompassing influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and social media content that aligns with the overarching brand and business goals.
- Maintain a holistic view of the social media landscape, ensuring consistent and impactful brand presence across all platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Lead the recruitment, management, and optimization of influencer relations and affiliate partnerships to maximize ROI and enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate terms, maintaining a network of high-impact partnerships.
- Oversee the creation and execution of engaging multimedia content across all social media channels, ensuring it meets brand standards and appeals to target demographics.
- Direct the strategic use of user-generated content, leveraging community contributions to enhance authenticity and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, and social media outputs. Use insights to continually refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Report on KPIs and ROI to senior management, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Lead a team of social media, content, and influencer and affiliate coordinator; mentor and develop staff to achieve excellent performance and career growth.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, and Product Development teams to ensure a unified approach to brand messaging and promotions.
- Enhance the brand's community interaction on social platforms, ensuring positive engagement and timely response to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Implement strategies for community growth and engagement, fostering a loyal customer base.
- Achieve a measurable increase in engagement metrics across all platforms.
- Grow affiliate sales and influencer campaign reach with demonstrable improvements month over month.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent brand messaging and content across all digital media.
- Located in the Milwaukee area with transportation to get to/from the HQ, photo studio, and any other “location” sets locally as needed - sometimes on short notice.
- Available to work in Milwaukee; this position is not eligible for 100% remote work. Thursday’s are a mandatory 9-5 PM at HQ and full use of Photo Studio content and product is acceptable.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing high-impact social media campaigns and partnership development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital content creation tools and platforms, with an emphasis on visual content suited for fashion brands.
- Proficiency in digital content creation and social media management tools.
- Experienced and savvy in Google Sheets, Excel, reporting, influencer platforms, social media platforms and analytic tools are a must.
- Must have a personal presence and regular use of social platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in collaborating with our internal product development and merchandising teams to track new product drops, BTS stories, market visits, specials for the Cafe, etc.
- Ability to brainstorm and execute creative, thematic campaigns that align with seasonal fashion cycles for each brand and the Cafe.
- Ability to track and analyze key performance indicators specific to each brand such as engagement rates and return on investment (ROI) for influencer and affiliate programs and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of platforms that are highly visual and popular among fashion and apparel consumers, such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.
- Skill in leveraging Instagram features, like Stories, Shopping, automated DM’s and rich pins, to drive sales and engagement.
- Manage a budget efficiently, allocating resources to the most effective channels and campaigns and adjusting for profitability or other key ROI targets.
- Understand how to track expenses and ensure ROI on marketing spend
- Ability to comprehend the correlation between expenditures and Wantable's overall Profit and Loss statement.
