- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Applebee’s
- Interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat
- Greet guests, answer questions, makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, and
- Completes assigned opening and closing side work as
- Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for
- Presents guest checks to bar patrons. Makes correct change and/or completes any necessary credit transactions.
- Processes employee and manager food
- Relays food orders to kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manages service of alcohol according to all state and federal laws and regulations, as well as company and brand and policies and
- Participates in the clearing and resetting of the bar
- May occasionally be scheduled to serve guests in a Carside To-Go
- Maintains a clean and organized work
- Ability to explain and demonstrate usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to
- Ability to drive sales with suggestive selling techniques, creating a legendary customer experience, developing customer and community relationships to increase guest visit
- Local Store Marketing participation to drive bar traffic and overall restaurant
- Removes trash and garbage from bar service area to dumpster

- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in
